CUPPING NOTES FROM OUR HEAD ROASTER

A relatively tame Carbonic Macerated coffee, this offering from Johan Vergara offers tropical fruit sweetness, bright cherry acidity, and a crisp white wine finish. As it cools, the acidity will diminish, leaving a slightly heavier body and transitioning from chardonnay to pinot noir on the finish.
