At Press Coffee Roasters, we want you to be fully satisfied with your specialty coffee experience. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

    Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

    Prepare Package

    Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

    Ship Item

    Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

    Receive Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
