CUPPING NOTES FROM OUR HEAD ROASTER

East Timor is a naturally processed coffee from the Letefoho region. Coffee from this region is known for having a heavy body, but with this natural process we get notes of honeydew, apricot, and raspberry, making this normally heavy-bodied coffee, lighter, creamier, and fruitier.
