This Latin American single origin coffee is part of the Ayarza Wine Series from Cooperativa El Porvenir, a cooperation based throughout the surrounding areas of ILaguna de Ayarza in South East Guatemala. Though each of the Ayarza Wine Series are processed differently (washed, honey, and natural process), Guatemala Ayarza Natural holds those same recognizable displays of fruity sweetness and notes reminiscent of wine that has made this coffee so well-liked.
