CUPPING NOTES FROM OUR HEAD ROASTER

This next release comes to us from the Opalaca region of Honduras. In this cup, you’ll first notice a gentle blackberry tartness, which quickly gives way to the comforting warmth of toasted oats, followed by a rich, dark chocolate finish. As the coffee cools, subtle notes of walnut and clove develop, adding complexity to the experience. A lovely cup that evolves as it cools.
